• Provide pre-sales technical support and work with product development teams to customize
solutions for customers.
3. Project Execution & Management
• Plan, execute, and monitor projects, including resource allocation
• Risk management and problem-solving
4. Documentation, Market Research & Training
• Maintain technical documents such as proposals and specifications.
• Analyze market trends to enhance the company’s solutions and stay updated on industry
developments.
• Conduct technical training for sales teams and project members to improve knowledge and
execution.
5. Customer Feedback & Continuous Improvement
• Collect user feedback, refine solutions to meet customer expectations.
Background: Bachelor of Information Technology, Mathematics and Information Technology.
Experience:
• At least 02-03 years of experience in a similar position such as Pre-Sales, Technical Sales,
Project Management, Business Analyst from service integration
• Experience in participating in projects according to the Agile/Scrum Master model is an
advantage.
• Priority is given to those with experience in implementing IT projects in other organizations.
Knowledge
• Microsoft Tools: Proficient in Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Visio, with a good understanding
of software development.
• Software & Programming: Experience in analyzing and implementing systems like ERP,
EAM, and Power BI.
• Business & IT Knowledge: Understanding of business operations, data analysis, and IT
applications.
• Requirement Analysis: Skilled in gathering, analyzing, and documenting business needs.
• Technology Awareness: Familiar with Cloud computing and Microservices architecture.
• Development Platforms: Basic knowledge of .NET or Java.
