Ensure Mold design match with Siamp Standard
Ensure Injection Process is stable and reliable
Ensure Mold and Material are adapted

3.2: Continuous Improvement/ Tiếp tục cải tiến

Ensure Injection Process is optimized
Ensure of reliable tooling
Ensure of reliable peripheric equipment
Ensure of clean and organized environment

3.1: Production Support:

Ensure Technical support to production team
Ensure support on trouble shooting
Ensure team well train on all injection processes
Ensure Safe Working Practice

Yêu cầu công việc

Experiences in injection molding plastic from 5 years,
Knowledge on mold design and structure,
Knowledge on plastic materials,
Knowledge on continuous improvement methods and tools (Smed, Kanban,5S, etc...),
Able to communicate by English,
Able to use Microsoft office,
Able to use Cad software,
