• Handle Mechanical System service for industrial factory GC project and key focus on HVAC System.
• To support engineering lead on all project activities rated to Mechanical System. Includes, project
• review meetings, construction meetings, and project closeout meetings
• To work within the engineering team and be involved in all aspects of EPC projects from concept
• design, bill of quantity, system description for construction, testing & commissioning (T&C), handover
• project.
• Create bill of material include quantity, material specification, labour cost according to project progress
• and experience construction.
• Coordinate with other team (CSA, Electrical) to create best solutions for mechanical system.
• Coordinate with Site Team to solve any problem issue and technical support during construction.
• Work with sub-contractor rated to scope of work and take part in meeting when arising issue.
• Site survey SPGC project and create tender documentation.
• Participate in design reviews and clarifications at the early stages of process and basic engineering
• works.
• Assist in costing and budgetary proposal estimation based on technical requirements.
• Assist in feasibility studies and perform economic evaluation.
• Assist in the design of various plant components, equipment, systems, etc. and be responsible for
• preparation and submission of engineering design documentation, procurement packages.
• Other extra work assignments from the department when needed

Education:
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering Mechanics discipline, HVAC major is a advantage.

Working Experience:
At least 3 years working experience in factory design & construction project.
Familiar with the Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Power Point, AutoCAD, REVIT MEP

Technical & Professional Knowledge:
Familiar in mechanical system for industrial factory project.
Good written and spoken English

Special Requirements:
Willing to travel in domestic base on project basis
Holding Project Management Certificate will be advantage

The incumbent will be responsible to assist providing basic Mechanical System (HVAC, Plumbing, Fire
Fighting, Utilities) during tender stage, generate technical proposals, tender costing to support for new
business potentials. Meanwhile, performing hands on support for Mechanical (HVAC) system.

KPI:
To deliver project or tender on time as schedule given.
