Handover when samples are Red Sealed/Customer approved.
To assume WLF quality standards are maintained.
To identify Quality problems and report to the factory management and follow up by written communications which should also include WLG VNN/UK teams.
To visit factories on first day of new production to ensure WLF procedures are being followed and implemented by the factory.
Review Risk assessments sent from the UK and review directly with the factory prior to production.
Communicate any improvement or problems resulting from discussions on the Risk assessment with the factory, these should be reported back to WLG VNN/UK Technical teams.
Handling day to day queries with production at suppliers and UK.
Daily review on factory floor checking shoes throughout the production process to ensure any issues picked up at each production stage not just at final AQL.
Daily reviews on factory floor to include small tools, broken needles and metal detection procedures.
Preparation, checking and submission to UK of Pre-Shipment Samples/Gold Seals.
Final inspections and completion of AQL Reports.
To ensure Vietnam quality rating is 95% or above, (goods passing through UK QC checking).
