- Review RFPs to analyze customer's requirements and determine if it is a good fit for the company.
- Outline the anticipated timeline, estimate the cost sheet.
- Prepare the sufficient supporting document for proposal.
- Create Technical and commercial proposals.
- Assist with client contacts and communication pertaining to specific assignments and meetings.
- Develop protective relay settings for all different relay types, develop programming files for SCADA/RTU, developing test protocols for field testing of protection and control system.
- Graduated Electrical Engineer, prefer to power system.
- 3-5 years of experience with medium and high voltage power systems, especially in industrial, utility, and power generation industry. Knowledge and expertise with PV and Wind power generation systems and collection substation protection and control.
- Able to mentor junior engineers and help them to develop competency.
- Business acumen.
- Strong computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft office.
- Good at communication by English (TOEIC above 700).
