This role is one of the most key ones in the organization as the main coordination source
between the external and internal stakeholders, and across the functional departments.
As a Supply Chain Manager, you are mainly in charge of the entire process/workflow of the
Company, from the quote offer to customer, receiving the customer’s purchase order, raw
material sourcing, programming, planning, production, and coordinating and following up with
all relevant functions in the Company during the performance of purchase orders/contracts to
ensure the delivered products meet with all requirements of the customers.
Given the importance of this role, you are considered as part of the core team in the Company
and work directly with the BODs in the Company’s operation.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Be in charge of all correspondences with the customers including but not limited to the quote offers, purchasing order receiving, negotiation, confirmation, and other communications during the sales contract performance.
Quotes and the relevant drawing models, specifications, and raw materials research
Coordinate with Programming and Engineering Department for the necessary drawings, stock size, technical instructions, and programming.
Coordinate with Purchasing team in the raw material sourcing
Collaborate with Planning team to tailor the planning, as well as the necessary documentation e.g. the travelers for production and quality control
Follow up with the Production team and Quality team during the internal production as well as the outside processing
Monitor and keep tracking the entire process of supply chain to ensure the delivered products are qualified the customer’s requirements.
Knowledge, Skills & Qualifications
Working knowledge of technical supply chain in aerospace industry, as well as the relevant procedures, policies, and best practices.
Excellent negotiation and written communication skills
Strong leadership skills
Solid math aptitude. Experience using metrics a plus.
Strong organizational, problem-solving and analytical skills.
Able to manage priorities and workflow
Ability to function well in a high-paced and, at times, stressful environment
Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in high-technology and/or business administration or related field desirable. In lieu of a degree, 7 or more years of relevant experience may suffice.
Minimum 5 years’ experience in the leadership role of aerospace or high technology industry
Prior experience in aerospace industry is a plus
Proficient in using Microsoft Window, Word, and Excel, as well as other work-related software and applications.

Bonuses are only available on holidays, but KPIs bonuses are not yet applied. The KPIs system is still in the process of being established, so there is no official policy, so there is no commitment to KPIs bonuses.
