- Authorities and approval according to Company's regulations
- Prepare all material list & BOQ for biding
- Analyze project drawings and technical specifications
-Prepare accurate quotations and technical proposals (survey uinit prices, get material quotes)
-Prepare sales presentations (brochure, marketing) to introduce to Client, and PIF
-Work closely with the project team to ensure successful execution.
-Control project documents (drawings, technical specifications, Contract …)
-Meet sales targets and KPIs, and control all project variance
- Maintain detailed project sales records and reports.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Civil construction/ or related fields)
- 3+ years of experience in project sales or technical sales.
- Strong understanding of engineering concepts and project management.
- Good communication and negotiation skills (Vietnamese & English)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with CAD software and project management tools, MS Project
- Ability to travel as needed.
